Eling Peak, located above Eling, the mother city of Yuzhong, overlooks the beautiful scenery of the two rivers and four banks and the entire Yuzhong Peninsula. The project specially invited Mr. Moses Safdie to create such a work that combines humanities, art and internationalization. It respects the landform of Chongging’s mountain city, embraces the mountains and steps back to presserve the natual art of Chongqing’s ridges. The project as a whole presents a rare low-density luxury large flat with a total height of 4-7 fioors, and the decoration brands are all internation first-line luxury brands. The Eling Peak project has also won the New Landmark Award for China’s Hundred Cities Architecture issued by the China index Research Institute. It is also a project in Mainland China that has won the Green Mark Platinum Award, an international award in the field of green construction.
